No filter is on the side disposable and no disposable

Q: does this cover the humidifier's connector to the tube? Any photos to illustrate this?

No this goes inside the humidifier directly beneath the opening and fits in easy the other square gasket seals the top and then there is a replacement part for the hose swivel that I've seen on Amazon listed

Q: Is this item cost covered through HSA reimbursement?

HSA eligibility is actually mostly a federal guideline and not determined by your individual insurance provider-- some HSA administrators however will interpret these guidelines differently when reimbursing individual items, but I've never had a problem. And yes, I believe any supply part for a durable medical device is HSA and FSA eligible. This is pretty inexpensive though so not sure I would bother, but you should be able to get reimbursement for it through your HSA administrator.

Q: Which dreamstation does it fit?

It fits my DXS900S11F, which is a Dreamstatiom BiPAP autoSV, but it is the same as the CPAP I had before, just a different computer program. Check the listing closely as it may provide more details.
