I've tried a couple of the flavors so far =-) There's no sweetener/aspartame taste to this drink. It's not sour, either! It tastes like sparkling flavored water and has about as much flavor as a truly alcoholic-flavored beverage. I LOVE how they make me feel. If you're worried, you can go on the brands' website to find a store locator to try ONE first. I found mine at Fresh Thyme =-) I recommend any flavor BUT the plain orange one... It has a weird zinc taste to it. I hope this helps
