Iwata-Medea Eclipse HP BS Dual Action Small Gravity Feed Cup

I love the control of this airbrush. Easy to use and easy to clean. I would definitely buy again.

Love this airbrush! It performs so much better than my Paasche VL. I just purchased a cheap chinese ebay AB for $20 just to test it against this one. It was no where even close to matching the consistent spray pattern of the Iwata. I bought the HP BS because I was worried I wouldn't be able to see over the color cup on the HP CS. I've only had a couple times where paint has dribbled over the side of the cup, and both of those were when I first started using it. Still do wish it came with a lid though.

Very versatile. cleans easy. I use it for painting models with slightly thicker paint. I still dilute with airbrush paint thinner, and it handles the paint fine.

Only downside is that the finish in the paint cup does come off pretty quickly. So it stops looking perfectly new pretty fast ;)

Ive tried many brands of air brushes, Iwata, H&S, badger and off brand ones. In my experience its best to buy once, cry once if you have the means. The only one thats beats the BS is the CS, only due to cup size and my use cases. While you would think they are identical except for the cup size, they are not. The BS is slightly shorter as well. Mixing in the cup is my go to and is a breeze with the Iwata's due to their superior cup design. It also beats out the H&S in this regard. The off brands are toys compared to them.

Can’t change paint cup. Great quality but thought it would be compatible with my larger iawata cup. It is not.

Bought mine 6/1/2023 great brush. Going to buy again. Great buy
