Ecological Formulas - Tri-Salts 200gms

I love this formula of Tri Salts because it doesn't contain sodium and I'm supposed to be on a low sodium diet. Iwas given medication that seemed to drain minerals out of my body and suddenly I was having these terrible musclespasms...No other electrolyte drink was working...I wasn't absorbing any of it and almost all of these drops containsodium.....I remembered that decades ago, a holistic MD told me to use Ecological Formulas Tri Salts to stop allergic reactions...I also had Lyme disease at the time and he was giving me IV drips of minerals...BUT despite the IV drips, what was really helping my achy body was this formula of Tri Salts...I always kept a bottle in the house...not quite sure of the applications for using such a product...only knowing it must be correcting a highly acidic condition in the body as my muscles would start to relax and my allergy symptoms would abate every time I took this product. So when I was given this new medication and had severe muscle problems, so bad I couldn't turn over at night....I realized that I needed to quickly replace lost minerals.....I put 1/2 tsp of Tri salts in water...and gulped it down...Within 30 minutes, the spasms stopped.I kept using small amounts of Tri Salts during the day (to bowel tolerance because too much will cause diarrhea) andwithin a day, my muscles had relaxed to a comfortable normal state.. Despite the fact that I had to stop the medication I realized I had an awesome solution for many different issues...I would recommend it to anyone suffering from an allergic reaction...Another reviewer mentioned it stopped her itching....I found it stopped my scalp from itching and it happened within 20 minutes of taking Tri Salts...So now, about an hour after breakfast I use some Tri Salts just to insure my body hasn't become overly acidic...Google acidosis if you want to see if a product like this will help all the many symptoms a highly acidic body can cause....Even my arthritis feels less problematic when I'm in a more alkaline state...This is the fastest way to achieve alkalinity for me...It's inexpensive and highly effective...I would never want to be without a bottle in my house...and I noticed it also helps to relieve the lactic acid in my body after I exercise...No more waking up the day after I do a lot of exercisewith stiff achy muscles...Miraculous powder~

I've only been using Tri-Salts for a week, but I must say this might be the best supplement I've ever purchased. Why? It does exactly what it advertises and almost instantaneously! I've been working on my digestive health by cleansing and monitoring the acid levels in my urine with a ph test kit. While there's opposing views on whether alkalizing has any health benefits and if urine testing is an acurrate barometer - I CAN ATTEST TO FEELING BETTER BEING ALKALINE! A gardener knows plants need neutral ph to thrive or they develop nutrient deficiencies. Without it, I'd have to eat clean cut sugar completely and drink only water for several days just to get in the green from a ph of 4.0 (acidic) to 6.5 (slightly acidic/neutral.) Then I'd eat a cookie and be shot right back to hell :( THAT'S WHERE TRI-SALTS COMES TO SAVE THE DAY! Half a teaspoon with my smoothie and I'm instantly in alkaline levels 7-8.5. No more acid burps, food cravings, feeling groggy, lethargic, joint pain, leg/hand cramps, even my sensitive gums and morning breath has gone away! Now, if I have a surgary snack/beverage it buffers my ph from swinging back into the acid zone. It's not a cure all, but close to it! It simply corrects calcium-magnesium-potassium deficiencies and acid balance. That alone is enough to get your body working efficiently all over and heal itself! I'm definitely curious of its effects on diabetes and ability to help control insulin levels and may invest in a meter as a 1/3 of my family is diabetic/obese and I'm not interested in joining them. If this mere $10 bottle of salt is the answer I will definitely be buying more and maybe them some, too! Only con is it taste a lil chalky and too much will result in diarrhea!

I bought this on an online recommendation when I started doing the keto diet for the first time, as it's a great supplement for what you need with those dietary changes. What I didn't know was that it's also a cure for muscle cramping and restless leg syndrome. Restless leg runs in my family and three generations of us have been living with it our entire lives. If I start to get the itchy, twitchy feeling acting up now, I drink a spoonful of this with water and the twitch is gone within ten minutes. I've shared it with my mother and grandmother and we all swear by it now.It's also great for mood and overall health. A bottle lasts a good while, but I stock up on it every time I can. Wonderful product and great for workout recovery. I'd give it 6 stars if I could.

Good company, fast shipping, and a great value for the money. As far as the taste is concerned, I drank it straight with water and did notice anything that would make me "winch" because it was unpleasant or bitter. If you mix it with juice or any other flavored liquid - you would not know it was in there.The only negative thing I have to say is that it did not address some of my stomach issues. I had been taking antacids on and off for sometime and thought this might be able to help me reduce my Gastritis, acid reflux, and intermittent stomach bloating. It did not.However, that is not to say that it does not work in the manner in which other reviewers have stated. Keep in mind that I only tried it for about three days at a full teaspoon. But, each time it did, it upset my stomach. Also, I just might have low stomach acid so an HCI pepsin supplement will be the next experiment to see if I can get relief for my symptoms.

Years ago a specialist gave this to me to use because I was having trouble taking different medications. Easy to use, just add to water or juice. If mixed properly there's barely any taste. Price is good considering how long it lasts. As with anything like this it's best to consult your Dr before using.
