I’ve been using Yerba Magic for two months. I can’t say that it drastically reduces my appetite but it definitely helps. I’ve been struggling with high cortisol and this is definitely helping. I’m feeling more “myself” than I have in a long time. I even tried taking the GLP-1 injections but this is helping me more. I’m not saying that everyone will have better results than with the injections, but it helps me. I have a subscription to keep it coming.

I got this because of the hype on TikToc. It was delivered quickly and I tried it the next day. I got the Strawberry Matcha. I want to mention that I have heart problems so I was a little hesitant to get this because of the 100mg of caffeine.I wanted to try it but I was going to listen to my body at the same time.So I put one scoop ( it comes with a little scooper) in 20 oz water, it says to use 8oz but I thought I could dilute it a bit with more water. The taste was yummy. I started in the morning and finished it by noon. I have to say my mind did feel a little bit clearer, more focused. I some depression so having energy to get moving can be a struggle, but this gave the pick me up I needed. I felt like it kind of suppressed my cravings a bit but this was day one, I didn't feel jittery at all . Night came and I slept horrible. I kept waking up. The next morning I felt ok, my heart felt a little off. So I make another drink and took a couple of sips. My heart started to have strong palpitations. So I stopped drinking it and started drinking lots of water. The next day I was feeling better and I slept really good the night before. So I recommend talking to your primary Dr or Cardiologist before using this product. If you don't have health problems then this is a great product. I just recommend listening to your body.

So I ordered this after I saw it SO MANY times on Amazon. I'm going through a weight loss program and I am trying to cut out coffee, increase my productivity (ADHD brain), and curb some of my appetite. I am just over a week into drinking this every single morning, so take this review for what it's worth. While I do see a difference in my mental motivation and seem to be getting more done in the hours after drinking this, I have not noticed a difference in my appetite at all even though it's "claim to fame" on Tiktok is nature's zempic. The only thing health-wise I have noticed is that it is DEFINITELY cleaning out my gut, if you know what I mean...The packaging states to mix one scoop into 8 oz of water. If anyone is actually doing that, I will give you a standing ovation! It is SOOOO sweet, I have to water it down in my 30 oz water bottle in order to be able to drink it. It has allulose (zero cal sweetener), cane sugar, and stevia in it, all of which make it insanely sweet for me to consume without watering it down. It also has citric acid in it, so if it isn't watered down, it makes my jaw hurt as if I have eaten one of those black warheads. My jaw hurts as I write this just thinking about it.Overall, I do really enjoy the taste and hopefully once I finish my monthly supply, I will notice some kind of difference. Although, I am not sure I will order this again with it being as expensive as it is. I'll come back when I finish my 30 days and do a final update.

I tried this and finished it in just a month, now I’m getting another one and even getting my mom on it too! It’s been super helpful and made a big difference for me. I wanted to look good for my cousin’s wedding, and I did! I feel so much healthier and more motivated to do even more now.

I dont know about the natureszempic as I haven't seen a reduction in bloating quite yet as I take every other day to every two days. I've got the strawberry matcha flavor. It is a VERY bold flavor even with 16oz, to their recommended 8oz. I added oat milk for the first time today 05/29/2025) and its a MUCH tastier drink!!I have seen a difference in appetite as it does have reducing effects!I do feel less tired as well after drinking my cup.Great taste (with milk), great effects!

I was curious to try Brainista Yerba mate after seeing it everywhere on TikTok claiming to be the "natural ozempic". I got the strawberry matcha flavor, and it is delicious! The package was delivered in good condition and looks exactly like the product. The flavor is excellent on its own, but with a little almond milk, it tastes similar to a Starbucks pink drink. Perfect for summer sipping! I recommend eating breakfast before, because this drink will keep you full for a long time. My cravings are curbed for several hours after consuming this drink. Highly recommend.

Great taste, definitely curved my appetite but I made sure to eat at least one meal, I have noticed minimal weight loss but I'm only a week into drinking it. I do have more energy. Took a little longer than usual to be delivered but I still received it. Thanks!
