Exactly as I like it!
Good quality, good taste, fresh. Exactly like we had it in my family when I lived in Russia. I don't like sunflower seeds in shell that sell here in America. Large shell and small seed and too much salt, and I saw people eat them with shell. I remove shell either with teeth or hands and then eat the seed.

The seeds are beautifully roasted, but I feel like half of them are way too tiny. I am not a fan of larger sunflower seeds, but I feel like those are almost hard to crack because of their size.
