Good variety if you are searching for the right square size for any baking project. Holds shape well, but not a lot of depth to cut into a standard cake pan. So having to press on the edges a bit to go all the way through.

Needs better mailing packaging
Fast shipping, great price BUT the mailing packaging was unacceptable. The product came in a plastic sealed bag and just like that placed in a box with two other items hitting each other, no bubble wrap, unprotected from getting all bend in the shipping process.
