Not a 3PCC phone...will not provision with a VOIP account.
This phone is not a 3PCC phone....meaning that you can't provision it to any VOIP phone companies. Completely useless.

Buyer beware
When I tried to activate this phone, I was told by the manufacturer, that it had been made un-usable. When I returned it I was given a refund of $110.87 LESS than what I paid for it.
