Probably his hardest album to date.
Great songs, he's dealing with a lot and he shares a lot of the album.

This Isn't For Anyone Who Liked Drake Post Take Care
Since Take Care, there has been two types of Drake "fans":A: people that were with him since the very beginning (Room For Improvement and the Heartbreak Drake series) and know that singing has always been apart of his platform just as much as rapping.B: people that joined Drake's wave at Take Care and think his singing is just a tacked on feature of his work and expect everything he does to be mostly rap.In this newest album, drake tries to give both types of fans exactly what they expect, and because he did that, one group (the post Take Care "fans") feels like this project is mostly filler (all of Side B and some songs on Side A). Both sides, however, have so much content to offer. Nonstop, Emotionless, Sandra's Rose, Ratchet Happy Birthday, Don't Matter to Me, Final Fantasy...it is very possible to enjoy this album without even listening to the two singles. Day-1 fans will appreciate this whole project and I highly recommend it for anyone that is one.Other albums I currently listen to: Beautiful Thugger Girls, Daytona, KOD, Invasion of Privacy, The Beautiful & Damned

An album that deserves to be played from start to finish.
A solid 4 and half out of 5. After hearing the minimalist approach to "Im Upset", i hoped the album had more of this kind of production. The stripped down and bare bone beats fit like a glove. I haven't bought an album in a long while and the last rap album i bought was Jay Z's Blueprint vol 3. I wasn't really a fan of Drake until the joint he did with 21. Don't take anyone's word for this album, especially the negative reviews such as the highly contradictory critique by Melon Drop, it's not anywhere as bad as he says. The 1983 MJ sample he uses is perfect as well as the Mariah Carey sample, both will get stuck in your head upon first listen. The first disc is quite raw and the second is more alternative and experimental in a good way. The album has a high replay value, which is the highest praise i can give an album.

Another for the collection
Not my favorite drake album, but it does have it's bangers. It came nicely packaged. This vinyl finishes my drake collection. For now.

Drake haters will say it's garbage without even listening!!
People stop judging Drake on whether u like him or not and just listen to his music. Him having a child and opening up more personal about his life and his diversity is what's great to me.. J. Cole and Kendrick Lamar will make albums not that great but people are so quick to give them 5 stars for albums that are worthy of 3 stars. J Cole's last album was a 5 satr album in my opinion but to give Drake 2 stars like some reviewers is downright crazy lol... Judge Drake by his music not by he's not from the streets and all the other bs.
