Just like most Godox flashes, this is an excellent strobe flash at a very reasonable price. It's easy to use, works well, and has just the right amount of customization. My only wish was that the flash could stop down to even weaker settings than 1/16 which is its lower limit.

this is great if you shoot at a slower pace for 1-2 hours. I work for a modeling school where I’m shooting consistently for 8 hours with maybe 5-10 mins cool down between each set. The first one I order maybe lasted me 2 years. the second one maybe a year and I recently ordered 2 knowing that these things burnout kinda fast under pressure and didn’t want to have to stop mid shoot. I recently learned that this model does not have a built in fan so will most definitely overheat. going to slow down and make these last until I can afford a more advanced model.Great for beginners though!!

These strobe lights are excellent and provide a cost effective way for beginners to start portrait photography. With a power bank they can also be used outdoors. The only problem with using these strobes outside is that they do not have High Speed Sync to allow for higher shutter speeds, this however can be worked around with Nutrual Density Filters which allow slower shutter speeds still producing dramatic results. I really like these strobe lights,I don't see an advantage to purchasing more expensive units.
