Works good as intended

As advertised, except it leaks. Appears someone tried to reglue squeeze ball on it, still leaks. Glue ran down the outside of unit, but failed to seal the leak.

Could not find a hydrometer in any of the stores in my area. Some younger people in the auto parts stores did not even know what a hydrometer was or what it was used for.Using it to test the batteries on my golf cart. Works perfect.

Good product

Easy to use just test each cell to know condition of battery.

For the price, I guess it's a good deal. You have to hold it at a specific angle to get a good reading in the battery cell and the curve in the rubber tube makes it a bit difficult to get that angle. There's a little level indicator inside that has to be correct in order for the reading to be accurate and I had to be careful to watch it. For the price it's a good deal.

The tube is bent and folded to where I have to pinch it to get fluid to travel through it. The tube is so big it barely fits in the battery, and the bulb on the end is undersized so I couldn't pull enough fluid to even use it without doing some weird tilting with the device while it leaks battery acid everywhere since its just glued together.
