Works very well

Ordered 2 and both are very loud. I have 3 of the same model and are quite. Other than than they work well so far.

As the manager of a large office, I order everyone's printers and gradually began swapping out the older machines with the HP LaserJet 2035 because it is efficient, has good value in terms of quality to price, and provided the options that we needed as a whole. I always buy these printers refurbished and have ordered about 15 of these over the last two years, all refurbished but from different vendors. For starters, delivery of this item took 2 1/2 weeks, which seemed long for Amazon. When the shipment arrived, it was very unprofessionally packaged in a moving box purchased from Lowes with the Lowes decal all over the box. Upon opening the package, the box was filled with the foam peanuts with the unwrapped printer in the middle. We had to thoroughly wipe the smaller, broken bits of the foam off of the machine. The printer had a very yellowish hue to it. Buying these machines refurbished I have come to expect that the machine will not always look brand new, but the amount of discoloration of this particular machine was questionable. Beyond the cosmetics, we plugged the machine in and were quickly taken back by the level of noise that this machine made. We have about 20 of these machines in our office and not one of them sounds as loud as this machine. It sounds like worn out gears grinding and is painfully awkward in a professional office environment. To be fair, the machine does work but it most certainly does not live up to our expectations; expectations that are based on having purchased about 20 other refurbished printers of the same make and model.

Expected better quality from a refurbished product sold on Amazon. Would’ve been better off to purchase new.
