The quality and simplicity of this license plate mount is superb! It fits my 2007 G35x so easily (mine has the tow hook exposed). Installation took less than 15 minutes from opening the package to wrapping up in time for a meeting.The versatile mounting options for placement and angle are sweet! Allows for a close and stylish fit. My one piece of feedback is that I wish the instructional video showed the correct placement for the 2 washers for the mounting, pretty sure I got it right but the video didn’t confirm.10/10 would recommend this product and wish I had bought it before I got a ticket for not having my front plate mounted hahaha

The media could not be loaded. It didn't come with instructions, it did come with a qr code that you can scan. That code will show you how to do it, but I didn't need it. It's really easy to install but in case you need help, I added a video. It does poke out a bit, but that doesn't bother me at all. The paper that came with it also said it may poke out so it's nothing to be concerned about. I went with this since I didn't want to still holes in my car. Texas is a state that requires front plates and I guess I'm not allowed to have them in the windshield so this is perfect.**I've had it on for a little while now, and I haven't had any issues. It doesn't get loose and so far mine isn't spinning at all.

Saw another review that said that it bends after driving and I thought that was ridiculous. I proceeded to purchase this and I feel like mine did bend a bit after driving too. Possibly not a problem if you don't use one of the corner backplate holes. Product works for G37 sedan but quality is meh. I really noticed this when the included allen key and started deforming with moderate torque when tightening screws. Returned and got the EOS one for G37.

Unfortunately different car manufacturers use different sized “tow bolts” and the tow bolt threaded screw hole is how this license plate mount+holder attaches to your vehicle. The first time I ordered one of these, I got one for a different make of vehicle, and it could not be attached properly. I used this license plate mount on a 2023 QX-50 and I am very happy with how it looks and how much spacing there is between the back of the mounting plate and the front of my front bumper. You definitely want to take advantage of the “angled” potential that is part of every bolt hole in the mounting plate. You will also want to use one of the “center” bolt holes on the mounting plate and ignore all the “left” and “right” bolt holes because if you use these off-center bolt holes, the weight of the mounting plate + license plate will cause your license plate to rotate to either the left or right over time due to road vibration. Also, you should check around your tow bolt cover plate that your tow bolt hole hides behind; if there are sensors within 10 inches of this cover plate, your license plate will likely interfere with these sensors. Different trim levels of the QX-50 may have different (or differently placed) sensors along the front bumper. The front of the 2023 QX-50 is completely dominated by the front-facing grill, which forces an owner to either strap a license plate directly to the grill or drill a mount into a very thin piece of painted bumper below the grill OR use this “tow bolt” mounted license plate holder.
