Works if you really know what you're doing
* It needs the CPU power cable, not the usual EVGA cables, so you'll need a free one. I had one because I had multiple PSUs on my system.* It needs a blower cooler attached for cooling. I got a 10 watt PCI slot blower cooler, and it fit right into the back.* Above 4G decoding needs to be enabled on your bios. That was under boot options in the z270 motherboard.* If you're on Linux, you may need to boot into a rescue disk after enabling >4G decoding in the bios, mount your main OS to a folder, chroot into it, and then run mkinitcpio -P. I did that as well as entirely reinstalling and regenerating grub.I ran a test pytorch program after that. It got the same results as the other GPUs, and it's settled around 62C and 96% utilization and 135/250 watts. After closing the program it quickly cooled down... though maybe a bit too quickly.

Arrived damaged
I have this 3 stars instead of one because I was refunded the full price and did not have to pay to return the product. The return was stress free. My complaint is simply that the item arrived damaged but the shipping box was not damaged. The item didn't work either and I'm glad it did no damage to my computer. Company good, product bad.

The card worked like a charm, but the cable burnt
The gpu itself worked perfectly (at least so far). The card was shipped with a cable that burnt when connected to the motherboard. It almost burnt the server. According to the manufacturer, that kind of cable must be tested before usage as not of them are made to support the voltage/amperage.If you are buying this GPU, please consider buying this connextor instead:https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07M9X68DS?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_detailsIt is the one sketched in the gpu card and it works properly. In actuality, I ordered two extra gpus from the same seller and they were shipped with a different cable.

It's made for virtualization
It needs to be used in a Quadro vDWS environment. Nvidia GeForce Now game streaming uses it to stream video games at 4K with 60+ FPS. Can't just plug it into a PC and expect it to work without setting up virtualization server. Reviews aren't accurate to the power of this accelerator as it's not being used correctly.
