Good quality, similar to the original. Fits well, solid build. It includes a set of screws and screwdrivers. The connector ribbons are slightly longer than the original, but nothing that adhesive tape can't fix. It works well, the console recognizes the Joy-Cons right away without any issues.

Use different screw drivers
The Phillips screw driver that came with the set isn't the right size, and stripped three of the screws when trying to remove them.
