I take this first thing when I wake up with a juice and it is fantastic it wakes me up it seems like my ability to focus is better and my energy level is higher it's got a little bit of caffeine in it too which make it to where I don't even need coffee so it saves me time there and money and it seems like it kicks in pretty quick and is sustained through the day would definitely recommend. If you have trouble staying focused on a task, trying to remember “something” or just to feel a calm in the chaos, this product will be your go-to! I am a 70 year old woman, in the middle of “purging” out clutter, building a home in another State and soon to move to that state, needless to say… I need a couple of clones! I have been taking this for about 3 weeks now and I can say that I feel more focused and not so tired in the afternoon. It keeps my mind clear. Never heard about this supplement before, but I would recommend it for sure.

I have tried a couple other supplements and didn’t notice any improvement in retaining my memory but after about two weeks of taking this I was better at recalling things than I had been. I was very skeptical, so I at first I didn’t want to admit it but it made my mind clearer when recalling things. Sharper. I will definitely keep using!
