Grey Pneumatic 3/8" Dr. 59pc Fract. & Metric Duo-Socket Set - 12

Seems like a very qaulity socket set. The sockets are thin wall and seem durable. I haven't had any of the pieces fail on me. I like have the 12pt for when I need it. One main reason I got this set is because of the blow molded case makes it easy to see the sizes and if anything is missing. It is not the annoying style of blow molded case, the sockets are loose and easy to grab. The case is rather large and I didn't want it to take up a bunch of tool box space if I left it open for easy access, but fortunately the carrying handle and empty half of the case easily separate to have good tool box organization. Only minor concern is that the extensions do looks rather thin, which could be a good thing if you're trying to get in a difficult spot, but they seem fine. I recommend this set.

This impact socket set is fantastic. Very thin walls on these 12 point sockets. The included ratchet is very low profile. Has a durable phosphate finish.

This set is really nice. The ratchet is smooth, has a good hand feel and the sockets are really nice looking and very clearly labeled. I have used them with my impact gun and they handled it just fine. The sockets do require that the hole on the side be inline with the ratchet indent to be secured. The case is an excellent feature as well as it is sturdy and allows the tools to be neatly stowed away in my tool box. I just popped the cover off and laid it in the drawer.

The wratchet is nice, the recessed locking button helps keep sockets from accidentally falling off into places they shouldn't go. The sockets are strong, and have held up just fine to my milwaukee brushless impacts. They are thinner than other impact sockets, which allows them to get into tighter spaces (which is why you reach for 3/8 drive stuff instead of 1/2).I am an industrial mechanic, so I make my money with these tools. They have lasted for one season so far, I will update if I manage to break any of them.

This is my 2nd set (other being the 1/2" deep wall set), nothing but compliments from the people who use it or look at it, they actually ask me if its a proto. Used the 1/2 on a heavy duty dewalt 1/2 impact gun, and it took the task like a champ. And so far this 3/8" set is quality, even the ratcheting mechanism is smooth, as well as the nicely made sockets and the case that holds them. Very happy with them as you can tell.
