This certainly wacks out the heat. Best one I've bought to date. Better than those halogen heaters that don't last very long. Easy to control with the remote, and can warm a large room in about 15/20 minutes. Excellent buy, well worth the money

We ordered this in december for the hallway, as we have single-pane glass and it can get chilly when going towards the bathroom, front door/ bedrooms etc.It heats up the area very quickly. My mum would sit right in front of it when it was snowing out and would be toasty and warm watching the world go by.I ordered another one with a couple of weeks of getting the first one as it was to replace an old oil heater that would take ages to heat up mums bedroom. When she had this in her bedroom, she would get warm quickly and stay warm.It doesn't need to be on too long if you keep the doors closed for the room it needs to heat up.It's compact, it warms up the room quick, and it's handy.It doesn't work with our timer switches. The timer would switch on the power but wouldn't put the heater on, unlike when I plugged in the oil heater; it would turn on when the timer switch came on.Overall, it is a good heater, and I aim to be using these for years to come.It isn't very loud, which is a bonus, so you can carry on watching TV while it's on. It seems sturdy enough, and if it tumbles over (i.e., a dog runs into it), it will trigger the stopping motion of the heater.

It was a gift to my friend but he stated that it warms up his room very nice & he loves that it rotates which helps to circulate the heat. He really got a kick out of having a remote! So far he thinks it’s great.
