This brace pad provides no support or stability it’s just a pad nothing more.
It’s misleading it’s just a pad provides no stabilization for the lower back

Meh
I’m in a back brace after spinal fusion, was looking for something to provide some cushion. Unfortunately this is so small that I just don’t think it’ll do much. Walked around the house but couldn’t notice a difference so am returning. Would be far too small for a larger person (I am 5’4, 120lbs)

The best padding for back, lumbar, and sacral bracing ... 👌🏼
I finally can wear my back braces comfortably!!! I have over 14 and they all dug into my ribs (as I’m on the lighter side all the back braces dug into my ribs and hip bones...).... I have TWO of these padded inserts (one for the front and one for my back )... now I can finally start running, exercising, riding etc again without pain ... and sitting, standing, etc

Not sure….very unhappy that there is no way to secure it to “around” waist SUPPORT belt. M.F Phillips
