Victron products are designed for demanding, commercial grade applications. They work extremely well when installed correctly. Some components do require proprietary software and equipment to configure. There is a learning curve and perhaps not the best choice for DIYers. This, however, should not detract from the high quality of the components.

Overpriced, no directions, did not sync up with my computer using their proprietary (expensive accessory) interface. It never worked. Returned. When you buy expensive equipment like this, it should work right out of the box. There shouldn't be "assumed" knowledge or hours talking/e-mailing technical services. Total waste of time and money. Don't buy.

I’m def in the market for one of these but I am not buying a controller at these prices that does not include a simple front panel for monitoring and configuration. Their app is poorly rated, the bluetooth range is poor and their remote console is extreme overkill - it’s pretty but it adds way too much to the cost.If these are actually professional-grade machines then they should be pulled off Amazon especially considering the utter lack of support from the manufacturer - but they’re not seeing as how there are no specifications listed, just marketing drivel.
