Be Aware of Size Constraints
I purchased this tool to use for various projects in my home shop. My biggest complaint I have is that the base of the nibbler is large compared to other brands I've used before. That means that in order to get the tool out of the cut or to start a hole for a circle, you need a much larger hole in order to insert the tool. The tool operates and works as it should, however, I would not purchase it again due to size constraints.

Dewalt battery works fine and the tool does its job.

Description
It's not a Dewalt. It may be great. I don't know because I thought I was buying a Dewalt not a unit for a "Dewalt battery". My bad, should have paid more attention to the misleading description.
