Attractive and useful. Exactly what I wanted. Arrived in good condition and was easy to install .

Absolute rubbish
Whatever you do - do not purchase this. I made the mistake of doing so. nice and early for christmas. When I un-packed it in order to wrap it seasonally (just a day or so befor Christmas) I found it to be broken in about four places. Far too late to return it The paintwork was scratched and it was completely unfit for purpose. I shouldn't have to try and repair an item like this just to give it as a gift. £55 for this is absolute robbery. It only gets one star because I cannot popst, otherwise id give it zero

Classy but practical
This is a really well built shelf/boot rack and we are very pleased with it. The pegs are handy for hanging coats, bags, dog leads etc as well as wellies/boots. We have it right outside the front door under our porch and it looks attractive despite being extremely practical. Good buy and worth the money.

Brilliant purchase
Love this item although one of the prongs came loose after a few days. Still would recommend it to anyone and have had lots of positive comments on how it looks

Despite what others have said this product is well built and a lovely grey paint. Great solution in my utility room for muddy boots and dog gear

Lovely bootrack - shame it arrived damaged
When the product arrived, the packaging was really damaged so I got it out to check it over, all seemed ok.However when it came to putting it up, we noticed there was a chip on the right hand side and the silver plaque had fallen off.Other than that it appears sturdy and solid.Slightly disappointed, to spend nearly £70 for a boot rack you wouldn't expect there to be any issues. I find it frustrating that there is no way to contact the seller and take this issue up directly. I don't want to have to go through the whole return/exchange process, only to risk another one turning up damaged, as reading the reviews it appears that this appears to happen quite often.Nice product but by ordering this you may run the risk of it arriving damaged!

Looks great, badly made
Looks great and solid wood but it’s been glued together and fell apart within two weeks of being put up

Brilliant!!!
Absolutely perfect! Great quality, easy to assemble, and was incredibly well packed. I cannot relate to any of the negative comments at all.Amazing service and absolutely love it!!
