A nice phone for the money. Good camera, Probably not that high tech, but plenty good enough . You can make and receive calls and that's what I want a phone to do. So far very pleased. I am the biggest technophobe going and even I managed to transfer everything from my old phone to my new one. So all in all I'm very pleased with it.

The A16 seems a decent all-around phone for the price paid £130. I've seen this elsewhere priced at £169. Camera not quite as good as my previous phone Motorola but that phone was massively unreliable after just two years. My boyfriend has had the A14 for eight years without problems.

Beware this seller (BLUEICON), the goods shipped are not as stated - see below for details.This review relates solely to the Samsung A16 as recently purchased from BLUEICON. Confusingly the attached image says the phone is 5G, however in the description it clarifies it is 4G. The description reads as follows "Samsung Galaxy A16 128/4GB Ram, Dual Sim, Unlocked to all Carrier, including with FREE official 25W UK Adapter (EP-T2510) Retail Pack and Clear Case, (Light Gray, 4G)". It also goes on to give the model number as an SM-A166B.The package I got contained a Samsung A16, model SM-A165F. There was no clear case, and the adapter supplied was a cheap 20W clone (not Samsung). I contacted the seller who said that "free gifts depends on the availability so alternative has been sent", which was a bit strange as I was unaware I had purchased 'free gifts'.They eventually shipped a clear case, however when I came to use the phone I found that it was not even Dual Sim, which was annoying as that was what I expressly wanted. Needless to say as I had to open the phone up to determine this the item was no longer eligible for return.You have been warned.

I really like this phone. My husband bought me it to replace my old Huawei. I ordered the grey just to be different and it's refreshing. The performance of the phone up to now is excellent. I still make a few mistakes but it makes it interesting.

I got this from Amazon warehouse because it seemed to save a lot. However the free extras were missing so no real saving.The phone looked to be unused, the box was open but the paper sleeve around the phone was undisturbed.Easy to set up, especially since I had a Tab 9 so everything copied across perfectly using Samsung App.
