I’m not sure if they actually did anything. I don’t feel any different. I never could get the bloating to go away or have healthier bowel movements without Ducolax.

If you’re thinking about getting it, get it. Take the probiotic at the same time everyday & the digestive pills before a meal. Chef’s kiss! Obviously drink a lot of water. However, I’ve noticed regular bowel movements within the last two weeks of taking them. BUY!
