I take this at night because I eat in my sleep, it's crazy I wake up to wrappers & crumbs all around me like every morning :( BUT since I started taking this I noticed I don't do it every night now. It still happens but definitely less often & less amounts of food when it does happen. So it's an improvement & I'll gladly take that as a win.
