Very High end GPU. Runs almost all games maxed out at Ultra Graphics or Fully Native. If it lags at all drop down the graphics setting one stage and some minor adjustments and you’re good to go. I mean for all high-end AAA games too. Online or local gameplay is immersive. You’ve gotta have this if you are a serious gamer. Highly recommend the Oculink cable. Runs like it is seamlessly part of your rig.

If you have a newer AMD based laptop and want to use this gpu over Oculink I suggest you wait until AMD releases a driver to fix the insane amount of bugs. USBC 4 works as expected but that only gives you a fraction of the full power of the gpu. Also they only provide a USBC cable and the power supply. If you intend to use oculink you must already have your own cable!All that said, the EGPU is really nice and I would recommend it once AMD updates their drivers for oculink based GPUs, or if you are using an intel based cpu with oculink, or if you plan to use this over TB4 or USBC 4.

I've been trying to set this eGPU with HP Omnibook ultra flip, tried several cables, including certified ones from belkin, as well as the stock one. GPU either not detected at all, or instaly crashes once you start the game.tried several Adrenalin drivers: 25.2.1; 24.12.1; 24.10.1; 24.9.1The only sucessfull time, was Rocket league game on 24.12.1 with turbo mode.Can't say if it's lunar lake, eGPU itself, or AMD drivers, but it's the only 7800m on the market, so can't say for sure. Have to return the eGPU as defective, since it's basically doesn't work.

this egpu provide great performance. I use it with onexplayer X1 and onexplayer 2 pro and I got to say it is incredible device. The only cons for this is the fan is a bit loud but other than that it is plug and play.

I received my unit from a crowd funding site and so far I’ve been very happy with it. I currently connect it to my ASUS ROG ALLY X. It has supercharged my unit to be able to run my AAA games in at Least HIGH graphical settings. I DID however have to create a second partition on my ALLY but that was easily overcome.
