Disappointing Lotus Biscoff Experience
We were truly looking forward to enjoying the Lotus Biscoff biscuits, so it was quite disappointing to receive a damaged product. Unfortunately, the biscuits were broken, crumbled, and rather soggy instead of having their usual crisp texture. Additionally, we couldn't find any manufacturing or expiry dates on the packaging, which was concerning. For a premium product at Rs.449/- was expecting a good one.We hope this feedback is helpful for future improvements.

Damaged product
The media could not be loaded. The inner wrapper was already torn and the no of biscuits were 28pcs instead of 50pcs n one of the inner wrapper was already empty

Don't buy this for this price we can buy other biscuits and also in amazon price is 450in offer (inc tax) but in the tin of lotus bisc off price 350 (inc tax) and amazon charging ®40Rupees delivery charge also

Package is opened already..Just because the brand is good n taste is liked by kids I ordered the tin box but inside packet is opened.I need sellers comments on this please. Kindly arrange for the replacement.

Pathetic quality
Biscuits were all crumbled and crushed inside the packaging. Disgusted experience with this product on Amazon . Ideally would like to get a refund or complimentary fresh biscuits

Taste is ok but being charged more than MRP
Mrp is 349. Not sure why 449 is being charged. Taste is as expected.
