Would this product work to clean up lake shore?

I use this as a fungicide. I mix it with hydrated lime and make Bordeaux mix and use it on my tomatoes and other plants that get wilt and blight. I am not sure what you mean by clean up lake shore? What are you trying to get rid of? The best thing would be call a manufacture of this product.

If using this to contol under growth around a dock in a lake, how is it mixed with water as mentioned by a previous question and how much is used?

I mixed 1/4 of bag per gallon jug of water. Shook as I poured. Seemed to work best.

I have a palomino paint horse with soft hoofs will this work on her hoof abscesses

Depends on the cause of the abscesses. A qualified vet or farrier should be able to help determine that. I personally use this for white line disease and thrush on my horses. Both are cause by bacteria and this kills the bacteria.

I would think so if it kills other roots.
