This thing is freaking awesome. It heats up in seconds, steam is effective and doesn't spray water. I've used it quite a few times either with my clothes on a hanger or on a surface and both are great. Filing the water area is awkward but fine. So much better than the regular steamers I looked at- they all sucked. This is like a like a little iron and steamer in one that is easily portable and quick to use. Recommend
