This review is for a block set, similar to LEGO, that allows you to build a large plane, a car, and a small set of stairs for boarding the plane. It took my husband and me around 2 hours to complete the build. My 4-year-old, who loves building block toys, really enjoys this set.The blocks themselves are well-made and connect securely. I didn’t notice any missing pieces, which is great. However, I was disappointed with the quality of the stickers. They are low quality, rip easily, and don’t stay on well. While there aren’t many stickers (and I’m not a big fan of them anyway), I’d dock half a star for that.My biggest disappointment is that the picture on the product page suggests the car fits inside the plane once it’s built. Unfortunately, this is not the case. The car does not fit into the plane, and this was one of the main reasons I purchased this set. My 4-year-old would have loved the idea of the car driving up into the plane, so discovering that this feature wasn’t accurate was a letdown.Despite these issues, my child has enjoyed playing with the set, but because of the misleading imagery and the sticker quality, I’d rate this 3.5/5 stars.

This set is a little too advanced for my 4yo yet, but I had fun with it :)I'll just disassemble it again for him to try when he's older. Or he might take care of that by playing with it.Very nice-looking end result, I like that you get a few minifigs and a few side pieces like airmail boxes and a seemingly random car.All pieces were present in neatly delineated bags and are fully compatible with Lego.

My son loves this set. We put it built it together and he had fun the whole time. Instructions are very clear and all pieces were there. Very high quality block set. He love to play with the plane and little car. Priced well for this set as well.

I like this particular set because of the custom pieces. It's fun that it builds an airplane that they can rebuild. Often Lego sets just end up in the rest of the Lego bin, but this has some specific pieces that are aircraft shape. Of course there are plenty of pieces that can end up like others in the bin and build other things, but I like to keep the instructions so the kids can build these types of things again. This is one they have built more than once. My youngest still loves pretend and this is a fun set for her to just play with.I'm not terribly familiar with the price of Lego sets, but this did seem reasonably priced. We didn't have any problems building, all of the pieces were there, everything was just as you'd expect. I call it a winner.

YES, it works with LEGOs.Overall, the City Airplane set offers good value for money.

I have been collecting building brick sets since the 1980's. I am happy to see the number of companies that are now competing with LEGO for this growing market in the toy sector. This plane is great example of this. I am particularly impressed by the custom smooth nose and tail pieces for the plane. They are not like the blocky and squared off nose and tail of other airplane kits I have. I also like the way the front door swings out when it opens. I am very satisfied with the quality and design of this kit.
