Good for perioral dermatitis
I bought this product to try and clear up my perioral dermatitis, as I had read about it in internet reviews. When I started, my skin was very dry and inflamed – the cream soothed the itching and soreness immediately after applying, so that was already a big improvement. It also works well on patches of dry, red skin anywhere on the body. A little goes a long way. I apply morning and night. One thing to note is that the texture is very heavy and it does leave a greasy finish on the skin, but I find that it dissipates after an hour or two and doesn't contribute to breakouts. As for the perioral dermatitis, it has slowly been clearing up over the course of six weeks or so. The biggest improvement came after switching to a facewash without SLS. A few traces of the perioral dermatitis are still visible, so I'm continuing with the cream for now. For others suffering with this problem, I would say don't expect a miracle cure but it has certainly helped.

Great skin barrier protection
For some time there was a problem with product separation(water in the tub) now they seem the change the formula. It isnt as thick as it was in the past yet it does the job. Great product. Have been using it for pver a year now. Im on my third tub.
