Q: What's the difference betteen the new motorized slider and gvm gp-80qd?

I have asked the GVM customer service when i bought this,they told us this is a Upgrade for the GP-80QD

I use Sony rx10iv which is a heavy camera and it can handle it just fine.Sony a7 iii would definitely work with this slider. Hope it helps!
