Its a little bit louder than some of the other small compressors I've had but they were only .5HP motors. This has a 1.5HP motor and it recharges in 5-6 seconds...Fast, then it shuts off at which point it is Zero decibels. I use this to power a 1/2" crown stapler so most of the time it's not even running. Other compressors I've seen with a 1.5HP motor are 10-20Gal so I think this unit would also work well with an Expansion / Storage tank. It's compact, seems well built, dependable and I like this thing.

Fittings loose, broken pressure control valve, off center pressure regulator and gauges. Better off spending 70 more and getting a California air one. Complete junk…..stay away!!!!UPDATE: Seller reached out to try and fix the situation, they somewhat did. Offered me a 1 gallon compressor to make up for the damaged unit. STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT!!! gave me tracking and an eta and still nothing. item hasn't even moved through the ups system and of this morning. im gonna be totally honest here.......seems as if this seller might be trying to pull a fast one. if anything changes ill update my feedback, but as of now i would stay away from this brand, and from this seller.SELLER HAS FIXED THE SITUATION AND MAKE THINGS RIGHT. AT FIRST I THOUGHT THEY DIDNT CARE, BUT THEY MADE ALL THE RIGHT MOVES TO HELP ME OUT!! HIGHLY RECCOMMEND

Works great. Low noise levels.

It has dual pistons and pumps up the tank at 2.5 SCFM. Even with a small 2 gallon tank, it keeps up with demand because of the compression rate. I use it for brad and finishing nailers. Holds pressure setting well. Light weight and compact. SOOOO quiet. I love it.

Worthless garbage with minimal return window (60 days) and extremely low-quality fittings. Company replaced one tube but it was as bad as the original. The fittings don't seal and instead the threads strip with minimal torque applied. Seems like a bargain at $130 when in fact it's a complete waste of $130 and a lot of time.

This is great. Really really quiet. More quiet than other quiet air compressors I've had. The only thing to be careful of is that even though it looks small, it needs a lot of power. It wouldn't run if I plugged it into a power strip. It needed to be plugged directly into a wall outlet. But that's fine, you shouldn't plug an air compressor into a power strip anyway! Also I love the color. It's the only air compressor I have seen on Amazon that is in a cool color.

This is a good product, but it was shipped to Australia as 110V model. I had to separately buy a 220>110V transformer to run it. If the delivery is to Australia, as it was, I would have expected a 220V model.
