I purchased this radio for my 2020 Silverado, and I am completely satisfied with it. I had it installed by a professional, and with a few minor adjustments to conceal the exposed wiring, it looks just like a factory radio. The installer wasn't entirely sure how to set it up, but after a quick call to Abby, everything is working perfectly. I give this radio sound quality, functionality and the customer service a rating of five stars. Well worth the money!

Finally a 15.6” upgrade dash display that actually works amazing with all the functions of my 2020 GMC Sierra Denali Bose system all camera functions and a GREAT install manual I did not have to call for support went by the manual step by step to set the truck up and everything works perfectly best price and product I found one that work buy this one 💯 percent

The install took be about 30 mins to do. Everything plugged right in. It worked first try. It takes longer to set up the Home Screen the way you want it then it does to install. This was so worth the money. Also there is tech support I asked a question and I got a emailed response within 8 hours.

The only complaint I have for this product is I am unable to play the radio directly from it. Everything els was good. The tech support was very responsive and she walked me through the step on how to pair the system to the vehicle.

The product arrived in a timely manner. I watched a video off YouTube and followed the instruction. It was easy to install myself. Went through the troubleshooting stuff. Got the radio to work right, after about 3 weeks into it, accidentally deleted something off of it. Got ahold of the customer service. And they walked me through it. On a video chat on whatsapp app, very, very good customer service!!

The media could not be loaded. Pretty awesome. Arrived quick. I had back surgery 6 weeks ago and installed this by myself in about 2 hours (I was taking my sweet time) on my 2021 High Country Silverado.I followed the installation video made by DonsLife on YouTube, even though the brand he's installing is AUCAR, it seemed identical to me and the installation was a breeze because of Don. Step by step, couldn't make it easier to understand.I previously had one of these screens in my 2014 silverado which I sold a few months ago. I had ordered pry tools when I installed that one which I was able to use again.I did struggle during the disassembly of the factory radio, two of the clips really gave me a hard time (no fault whatsoever to this product, that's purely Chevy's stuff)I had to change the vehicle settings to make the stock screen show properly, which I was familiar with doing on the previous truck, so no issue there.There is a lot to take in. The launcher it comes with is pretty good, but I may end up switching to a different one.I didn't install the microphone or the little speaker, nor did I install the 4G antenna or extra USB cables.In my garage I connect to the house wifi, and on the road my 5G Hotspot works great.The factory bose stereo still sounds great, no sound issues at all.I'm a little sad because the high country trim is bronze, and this came with silver colored ones, it doesn't look bad so I can deal with it. I could wrap them but I'm afraid if I take them off they might crack or break, so silver it is.All around if you are tech savvy I'd say go for it, it's a game changer for your pickup.

the screen and everything is amazing, I’m just having a problem with the console, I can’t access Bluetooth because it’s glitching. Does anyone know how to fix that ?

Terrible response for customer service auxiliary back up camera was working then stopped took it back to the PROFESSIONAL installation people hooked up 2 other cameras same outcome tired of jumping thru hoops instructions are horrible no help on adding apps should of waited and bought a good product instead of a POS paper weight
