Great Fit
Fit and work perfectly for my Treste collection cups! I don't care for the pump, but I do use the cups and hack them for my Spectra, and these fit better actually than the ones it came with!

Defective item
In order for this item to work it needs to have that hole in the top of the flange. I ordered 2 of these. One was cut perfect the other one is just a solid circle and I can't even use it. I didn't even try to return it bc I did not want to take my newborn out in the snow, and there's no way for me to contact the seller. The one that wasn't defective works great with my mom cozy s12 pro but I can't use the other one sadly..
