Why is it rated at 3.9•?
I just don't get it, I love my new alarm, it's neat and slick, definitely NOT 3.9!A great system, and easy to set up.I've fitted this range three times, one wi-fi only, one text only and mine today, 2G and Wi-Fi. 1p Mobile do the perfect Sim, £10 every three months. The whole thing is well packed, the interface, control unit, is really easy to navigate, with a clear screen and positive action. The three PIR sensors, five door sensors, two key fobs two key tags, SOS button, all connect seamlessly and instantly, are sensitive and easily mounted. Out of the seven systems that I've fitted, two with the same model controller, this has been the easiest. I'm just waiting for two more sensors and the solar powered bell box to arrive, which are on another Amazon order. The camera, also supplied, is clear and flexible, can be enabled to follow movement. I'm very impressed and happy with my purchase. Unfortunately Amazon don't supply extra PIR sensors, so I had to purchase elsewhere at £15 for two. Come on Amazon, you need to get them listed, you'll sell more alarms and bell boxes!

Easy to fit system
Have used a similar system in a previous house, but this one is much improved for less money!Mainly it's wifi able for settings, though you have to use the Smart Things app. Also the instructions are in proper English! though could be more comprehensive.Only one critism is unlike the old system is unless I'm missing something, that is when setting the alarm there is no warning if a door or window is open! Therefore there would also be no check if any contact batteries were dead. Though you can check each battery with a button on each contact.I had contacted the company on this point, but no reply

Overall good
Good system. Easy ti install. However. 3 stars as batteries don't last. Installed 4 weeks and replaced 4 batteries already BUT will still recommend

Extremely easy to set up and control
The whole process from buying to setting up has been a breeze couldn’t ask for a better alarm system at this price point, which doesn’t come with expensive fitting fees as it is really simple to diy. Excellent product

Very good
At first I though "cheap and nasty" the sensors need to be set lower than standard PIRs because they don't have the multi directional lense BUT they detect extremely well... and the wireless range is very good indeed... The instructions are not great so I just "winged" the setup... but once you have it linked to the app its very easy to add sensors.... a tip i would give would be to reset the system ("initialization ") when you get it as all the sensors are added and labeling them is difficult... but adding the sensors yourself one by one is very easy with the app, and also in the system too.
