It also offers a variety of different excercises and wellbeing techniques that you can implement in your daily life which i’ve found especially helpful in reducing stress/anxiety.This book book is educational as it teaches you exactly what you need to know and guides you through it step by step, provides healthy and nutritions suggestions for foods/snacking to alleviate hunger but eliminate stress and reduce anxiety, and offers a 28 day action plan for implementing stress reduction exercises in your It it also offers a template to keep track of your routine.This book offers insight to other people’s lives and their stories, while you’re given the opportunity to work on yours and create and sustain a better temple for your mind and body.Would definitely recommend!

A must read!
I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book. I knew little about the Vagus Nerve but now feel equipped with ways to boost and activate it.The book is extremely informative and had me gripped. I couldn’t wait to put what I had learned into practice to improve my nervous system.The book has use of medical terminology. However, it is understandable and easy to keep up with.Upon reading the book and following the advice to activate my Vagus Nerve. I have felt the change in mood regulation and digestive system issues are improving.Absolutely recommend this book whether you are interested in activating your Vegus Nerve or keen to increase your awareness.

an easy to follow guide to improve your mental health
Firstly thank you to Rosalie Publishing to the advanced copy of this book. As someone who is keen to try and reset and recover my mental health I was keen to delve into the area of the Vagus Nerve. I knew a little amount the Vagus Nerve and its effects on our physical and mental health prior to the book. However, this book allowed me to delve much deeper and get a more thorough understanding.I particularly liked the real life examples and case studies given which made the information feel more accessible and relatable. However, my favourite section was the step by step plan to reset. Literally broken down into 28 days, with a morning and evening routine made this easy to follow and I am already feeling a benefit having got 8 days in.The singing, humming and breath work definitely tap into the Vagus nerve as you can feel your whole body starting to relax and decompress.A great guide that anyone can understand, that doesn’t bombard you with unnecessary science and jargonThank you

Super insightful and helpful.
I absolutely devoured this. So insightful, so helpful on so many levels. It’s definitely helped my stress levels. In depth explanation of the vagus nerve and all the things it’s responsible for. The daily help section was so practical. I need to work on the nutrition a little more but I am sure I will see more benefits after this too.I really hope anyone looking to reduce stress considers reading this as I found it really manageable to read, normally books like this are sometimes too scientific but I understood this book.The action plan at the end is so well thought out. I can’t wait to actually get started on this.

Fascinating book
What an utterly fascinating book and on a subject that I had very minimal knowledge on before now!Learning about the vagus nerve and how it can affect everyday life and health wax really interesting, while coupled with the step-by-step guidance also within this book it's aim is to help as many people as possible.A really well-written and easy to read book - highly recommend to all who may like to try resetting their Nagus Nerve!!

I found this to be a great read. I feel that it is helping me manage my stress better..: though it might be that once you’ve had an ice cold shower, nothing else feels that bad…

Waste of Money
This is nothing new, it is cold showers, breathing exercises and mindfulness all of which you can find for free on the internet. I have wasted my money on a fancy title, please don't do the same.
