Untested
Seems well built. Haven’t used it yet so I hesitate to say much about it.

accurate
I don't know what I'm doing when doing car repairs, so I do as much accurate torquing as I can. Bought this a pittsburgh torque wrench and a digital torque meter to do my valve cover. It's over kill, but I can comfirm, all of them read the same. So it is pretty accurate.

Quality tool
Why does this torque wrench not have the Neiko label on it anywhere? It does have a Neiko sticker on the tool container.Has no branding on the actual tool anywhere.Let’s see how it performs and I may go up or down on my rating. I recently bought the Neiko 3/8 torque wrench and was really impressed by the look and feel of the tool. And yes it had the Neiko brand name stamped on it.

Fits a need very well.
Lost my last one, got this one quickly and it works very well for light duty fasteners.I'll have a hard time upgrading to something better for my application, especially for the price.

0-80 in-lb as advertised
Tool is sturdy and looks to be well made, including reading "0" at rest. Scale/pointer is easy to read (of course with my reading glasses on), and I like that it reads in both metric (N-m) and English (in-pounds. First used it to torque my bicycle headset bearing preload tightening bolt to 20 in-lb (which seemed to take all the play out of the bearing, even though 27 to 35 in-lb recommended. Cannot attest to absolute calibration, but for such a simple tool no reason to think that it would be off--with only a well know beam-bending equation, steel young's modulus and beam length and diameter geometry involved.

Beam torque wrench
I bought this beam torque wrench to double check my digital torque wrench 🔧 on my Dana 44 pinion preload. Great product

Neiko Pro #03709B is a quality, heavy duty torque wrench - but, torque function is CLOCKWISE ONLY.
Received torque wrench and found the tool to be a quality, robust tool of better quality and easy to see graduations and adjustability, with a firm locking collar. However, having thoroughly read the tool description on Amazon, the Neiko website, and on the instruction sheet included in the tool's case, I found the subject of clockwise (CW) and counterclockwise (CCW) functionality to be quite vague. I decided to contact Neiko by email to solve the issue. Neiko responded that the tool is for clockwise torque only. This tool would easily be FIVE STARS if you don't require CW and CCW torque function. This tool won't disappoint you if that's the case.I required both CW and CCW function often, for both right-hand and left-hand threads, and to determine approximate unknow fastener torque values.I would suggest Neiko and Amazon make sure to update their descriptions of this tool to reflect the CW torque only function, thus saving customer frustration and tool return costs.
