I've been using the Marine Collagen capsules from SMUG Supplements for a few weeks now, primarily for joint pain relief, hair health, and skin benefits. The capsules are easy to swallow and don't have any unpleasant aftertaste. I've noticed a slight reduction in my joint pain, which has made my daily activities bit comfortable. Additionally, my hair feels stronger and looks healthier. My skin also appears more hydrated, which is a great bonus as I age. Overall, a solid 4-star product!

Was affordable supplement. Unfortunately now doubled in price

It would be nice if the dosage was in clear view.

These capsules aren't huge so are very easy to swallow and there's no unpleasant aftertaste. The recommended dose is three capsules per day. To be honest, I really can't see a difference in my skin or hair... but my nails are growing much faster and, as with any supplement, it's difficult judge what the effects after one month. I suspect that I would need to take these for a longer period to really notice any difference, but they're not expensive at the time of writing so probably worth persevering with them.
