I have bought 5 Bob and Brad massagers (3 different ones for me and 2 for my in-laws) and they all have been great. On 1 of them the battery started having some issues after over a year. It was out of warranty but I figured I'd contact B&B customer support to see if they'd do anything for me, hoping I could maybe get a discount code or something towards a new one. They asked me to send a video of what it was doing. After reviewing the video the promptly sent me a brand new one for free. Wow, thanks Bob and Brad. My first B&B massager is going on 3 years now without any issues, they really are a great quality product and company.

I bought the older version of this model and it lasted about 4 years. The massage is deeper than other models I've tried. The only problem I had was the rubber/silicone grip kept sliding off - I had to tape it in place with electrical tape, and that covered the charge indicator lights. One small flaw - but otherwise quality massage gun.

Ordered in October and used almost daily. Worked better than expected. I especially enjoyed the heated head for my neuropathy. Unfortunately, in March, it started to have problems. I contacted customer service, and they responded quickly. They shipped out a replacement and did not require a return. I had supplied videos of the failure and that satisfied their warranty requirement. I have had it for about a week and it is also working well.

We purchased this massage gun and loved it. We used it everyday. We are both very physically active and don’t want to wait for massages to get relief from sore muscles. This gun works perfect. It is compact to travel with as well. We needed some customer assistance and the company was very responsive and held up their warranty with us. We highly recommend this product.

I bought my Bob and Brad massage gun June of 2023 for my achilleas tendonitis and occasional muscle tightness and stress. It has done wonders in relaxing the muscles and helping aches and pains, especially on my legs. I use it practically every night before going to bed and gives me such relief. It's been worth every penny spent on it! The quality of this massage gun is solid and well made and comes in a very nice carrying case, making it easy to travel with. The only thing I"d change is when using it, it shuts off after 10 minutes but I believe it does that purposely in order to not overuse it on ourselves at one time. It's easy to use and has various attachments for various needs which I find very helpful. I have recommend this product to a family member and after doing much research, he ended up buying a Bob and Brad massage gun and absolutley loves it!Recently, my massager wouldn't charge so I called customer service. I can't say enough for the efficiency, care and attention they showed. They immediately addressed the issue with a REAL person answering the phone and then through email, they have responded to every single message I sent, and they are taking care of the issue. To me, that is HUGE!It's for these reasons I would highly recommend the Bob and Brad massage gun! It's quality, ease of use, functionality AND customer service, which is the icing on the cake, make it top notch!

The massager works great. I had an issue with this massager within the warranty period. I contacted customer service about an issue with the massager. They were responsive and quick. I received a replacement within a week. Their customer service is one of the better customer services out there.

I never write reviews but I had to on this one. Wow! This is the best massage gun I ever had. The quality is in fact top notch. This beast was built well. The power is extreme. The hot and cold attachments is remarkable. I never had the hot and cold attachments before and the quality is top notch. This is for the pros, trust me. You will love this massager. I hope it last long, cause I don't know what I would do without it. Hope this review helps.

The heat attachment is amazing I love this so much I bought one for my bestie! Found this while working with my physical therapist works great on my muscle tear. Size is great and nice for packing.
