Peak Design Mobile Everyday Case Pixel 9 Pro - Charcoal Gray

Great quality and design, just like in the pictures

solid protection with cheap back finish that can't handle everyday use. the back paper decal attract dirt and oil. It wrinkles up after getting wet. The case is also too heavy.

Like some others posting their reviews I had Pixel 7 case from Peak Design which was very good except the charging port cut-out was too small to fit some larger charging cable designs.This case however, is not good. In addition to the USB-C cutout being too small for many of my cables there are other issues with this case:- Edge protection is minimal, after installing a screen protector the case edges are pretty much flush with the screen.- Camera protection is also minimal in the same way as a above, minimal lip raise.- The case has a fairly large "chin", as in it adds length to the bottom of the phone by jutting out so that there is enough room to be compatible with Peak Design's lanyards.- Wireless charging is iffy, the coils in the case seem to not be positioned where the coils are in the phone.I hope Peak Design does a revision of the case to fix the wireless charging coils as well as possible redesign the chin area to just use recessed lanyard points.Otherwise, materials and build quality are excellent.

Looks and feels great, but will not wirelessly charge. I've tried on 3 different chargers including Pixel Stand 1 and 2.

I received a defective version of the new Peak Design's Everyday Case. I'm someone who swears by Peak Design and own numerous products from them for my camera. However, the magnets are very weak and cannot sustain the attachments the company sells.

I bought the faux leather case for Pixel 9 Pro. I've used Peak Designs nylon cases in the past and they are downright indestructible and always made to perfection. Upon delivery I noticed that the leather material is already pealing up from the bottom "rail" of the case. It's been about a week and it hasn't gotten worse but I already had concerns over the leather materials durability. This was not a great way to start that journey. I definitely expect much better quality control from Peak Design.

I bought this case directly from Peak Design and ended up returning it. I have had the case for the Pixel 7 Pro, Pixel 8 Pro, and finally Pixel 9 Pro XL. The Pixel 7 Pro version worked great with wireless chargers but neither the 8 Pro or 9 Pro XL case work reliably with them. Particularly the Pixel Stand and Pixel Stand 2. I tried aligning it differently which works with other magnet cases, but nothing worked reliably.That aside, the fit and feel of this case are so good. The buttons are also premium and very clicky. I wish I could have it work for me.
