This is my go-to video editing software for my channel! It has every feature and function that I need to make monetized videos on all the platforms. I love that the learning curve is short - you can figure it out yourself very easily which is great for editing a video quickly. My favorite features are the Overlays, Transitions, custom titles and speed adjustments. Makes my vids look so professional! I use this for editing vacation vids, shorts, family slideshows for events and my business. I’ve been using an older version of this software for years but PowerDirector 2025 has new AI features that I can’t wait to play with. Highly recommend for beginners as well as experienced editors.

After loading on my MacBook and twice attempting to create a video, the software crashed twice, and I was unable to find any files which have been placed in the video.. having no disk with which to restore, and no good instructions for online re-download, I resorted it to earlier older software.

I bought PowerDirector 2025 Ultra to film my nephews' bowling tournaments and edit the footage, and it’s been a huge upgrade from the older version I used before. The AI-powered editing makes it super easy to cut down hours of footage into highlight reels, and the visual effects really add a fun touch. I can quickly pull out the best moments, even using slowmotion to add drama to the footage. The slideshow maker is also great for putting together a montage after each tournament. It’s way more intuitive than my old version, saving me so much time and making editing way smoother! If you’re into sprts videos or just want to make cool family clips, this is definitely worth it.

I have used this product for years to make videos for various functions. However, I have a policy of not purchasing subscription software. This product has so many features already, paying extra every month is not cost effective.

I did not like this versión b/c did not have the Choice to change timeline to chapter view.

The download was fast and easy to follow. I got this for my PC after using Power Director on my iPad and phone for over a year. The digital download makes it so convenient.I’m just a beginner looking for a video editing software that’s easy and functional at a good reasonable price which this one is, and it has everything I wanted. The titles, effects and transitions are easy to use. I want to create good quality videos and I think this one will do it. Plus they give us 25GB of free cloud storage for a year.
