Normally 13.33V is the corresponding voltage for 100% SOC, but because the BMS of this battery is upgraded to set an oscillating voltage of 0.5V-0.7V. As long as the battery's rest voltage is within the range of 13.33V minus 0.5V or 13.33V minus 0.7V, it is considered fully charged.To lift this full charge protection, we suggest discharging some electricity of the battery, and the voltage will go back up. We suggest that you can disconnect the battery from the charger, and then try to connect a small load(like 50W) to discharge the battery for a few minutes and the voltage will rise to 13.33V or higher. And then you can use the battery normally.

Very happy with this battery so far. We were on the road for 10 days and never had to start the generator. We have 1400 watts of solar. Usually back to 100 % by 10 or 11 am.

The build quality is absolutely amazing! A Beefy BMS, I did a constant 660 watts with a dehumidifier and I got over 12 hours of run time before my inverter shutdown, it shut down before the BMS which is really nice! I did however run into 2 issues that were resolved by tech support. 1st the battery terminal covers were broken off due to the 140 pounds of battery FEDEX handling isn’t so great but they gave me a partial refund. 2nd issue is that the BMS is programmed differently, the voltage will fluctuate drastically once fully charged, I was told that is normal. And I believe that because every cell is perfectly balanced. It is a very expensive battery but it performs very well.
