Good information here to help with meal planning and preparation. The chart is very legible and well printed with enough information to be very useful when one is trying to eat more plant-based protein. My wife recently went through a lot of testing to diagnose a malady we could not figure out. The final diagnosis, made and then reconsidered, was that she was allergic to mammalian meat, like beef, pork, venison, etc. So, to begin the treatment for the diagnosis, we did substitute plant-based protein into our diet. We ordered this chart and use it to good benefit. It is suitable for framing, which I intend to do for longer life and usefulness. I would definitely purchase it again.

Such poor quality. I had to trim around the edges first, which were off center. Then, I tried to attach them to a kitchen cabinet, but they keep coming off the tape. They're currently in the trash.

THE CHART IS SOME WHAT DIFFICULT TO UNDERSTAND ESPECIALLY IN THE CENTER FOR LOW CARB FOODS. THE REST OF THE CHART FOOD TO EAT AND FOOD TO AVOID IS GREAT. PUT A LITTLE VELCRO ON THE BACK AND ATTACHED IT TO THE PANTY SHELF.
