After a lot of research I bought this product expecting that this will solve all the purposes of a smart door lock.I received the product in damaged condition. The display unit was broken. I raised a complaint in this regard and I was promised a replacement of the display unit. The said replacement took more than a month's time and the new replaced display unit was again damaged. I raised a complaint again and another replacement of display unit was promised. This time the replacement took more than 3 months and I had to keep on following up and I was being given assurances and promises that were not being fulfilled. Ultimately, after a heated conversation the display unit was received.Now, that the display unit was working, I realised that the camera quality is way too poor, the display unit is not at all useful. Moreover, the footage of the camera is not received in the mobile app unless someone from outside presses the bell button on the lock which never happens.Further, The product description mentions that the said lock can be operated via Mobile app. it is not completely true. I cannot lock the door using mobile app, if left unlocked. I can only open the lock using mobile app if the person at the door presses the BELL button on the door lock, which usually no one does as no new person knows about such button.The fingerprint sensor takes a few seconds to get verified and there is a delay in unlocking, same is the case with face recognition, rather, face recognition is even slower.The allover build quality of the product is very poor and in specific the display unit is very delicate.And if you live at a high rise or anywhere where there are strong winds and there are chances of door getting shut because of wind this clumsy, poor quality door lock is not at all recommended because even with not a very hard blow the display unit can get broken if the door gets closed with a soft thud.

Majority of smart locks on Amazon are "Made in China" Nothing new in this lock. Seller offers many variants and models depending on budget. The build quality is decent for the price. First things first, customer support is pathetic. They pursued me as long as i was on enquiry phase, once order was placed they stopped responding on customer care number. I received the order very much delayed defeating the purpose for which I had ordered it as i was going on a vacation. There was no support from the customer care in resolving the issue. The box had no list of items but thankfully nothing was missing during installation.. there was no instruction manual and was factory set to chinese language. It took skill in using google to translate the menu to english, by clicking the photo of the menu screen, uploading it to google and translating it and then understand it and then attempt to change the menu language to english. They have few videos on youtube which are a very poorly edited and fail to provide adequate instructions. The videos have comments switched off, probably hiding from true reviews. After multiple calls they sent a poor resolution PDF file as an instruction manual. It will take an expert to figure out if you have a local carpenter. No wonder they are charging Rs 1500/- for a company carpenter. I had to watch a bunch of videos of other similar chinese locks to figure out the installation. The SmartLife app which is recommended by the vendor. This is supposed to integrate the lock and make it more smart. However, it fails miserably as the app doesnt support the functions for integrating into "Home Assistant".The primary reason I had bought this lock was so that i can use Home Assistant automation to realise the true potential of the smartlock. I was thoroughly dissapointed. I am sure customer care will have no clue as they are just importing and selling. Final suggestions, for such devices it is always safe to go with a company or vendor who provides answers to all queries, good customer support and good aftersales service. There is nothing unique in this company, so rest is your choice.
