I am using this along with a few other formulas that contain specific nutrients that purport to address nerve pain. I figure that with consistent usage, over time, these nutrients will continue to be absorbed into my body to steadily assimilate health throughout my entire nervous system. Beforehand, I could feel a steady decline of comfort in my movement, also a general air of malaise. Since adding these, I have also noticed less brain fog, and more desire to do enjoyable things.With moderate exercise, and eating less foods that promote inflammation, I am absolutely experiencing less discomfort (e.g. joint pain, stiffness, sciatica). The ongoing relief from discomfort is giving me the incentive to continue to take these kinds of nutrients daily.

I just received product today, so I cannot comment on how or weather it works. I have a habit of counting pills just to check if I’m actually getting what I paid for. Well, this bottle contained 59 pills! It should have contained 60 pills. Is that on purpose 🤔 I can’t say, but just think, if every bottle contained 59 pills instead of 60. Disappointed, to say the least. I will be canceling my subscription.

It does not have on the top of the ingredients that it contains all types of shell fish. It has it on the fine print. I am allergic to this and I just took some and an allergy pill after I saw it on the bottle. I hope I am going to be ok. I really angry that is does not say it right up front to let people know
