This is a very high quality device. It is extremely easy to set up and use. It arrived the morning after I bought it!

I have pain in my left hand in the palm area and in my wrist from driving and from having a bad habit of tucking my hand under my head while I sleep (I'm a side sleeper). I researched hand massagers and decided on this one because it seemed to have all the features I wanted and it would be covered under my FSA account. The device is a quality piece and it definitely helps with my pain! I thought that the massaging aspect would be like a shiatsu massage, but it instead uses compression massaging (air bags inflating & deflating). It's actually difficult to find a shiatsu style electronic hand massager, so I kept it and am glad I gave it a chance. It was affordably priced, with different adjustment features, and the heat is really comforting as well! Although I haven't tried it, I understand you could even place your foot in one for a massage, it's roomy enough for that. I highly recommend this product!

I love it.

At first looks promising, but as you use it, you can't control the pressure even though it has different levels, they all feels the same! The heating did not work and after using it for 2 days now the other control do not work, and hand hurts..

The battery needs to be recharged every day. It only works approximately 30-40 minutes

Bought as a gift for my cousin he doesn’t get much circulation in his hands so they are usually cold and in pain, the first night he used it he said he loved it, his hands weren’t as cold as they usually are , and we’re able to get more mobility.

I read some of the reviews and the main complaint I saw was about the product size. I have large hands and it is a comfortable fit. If you have hands that are able to palm a basketball, I wouldn't buy it.
