But I cannot comfortably contribute that change to these supplements, alone. I am unsure. Maybe I just wanted it to work or needed more than 2 weeks!And most importantly when you carefully read the product description on Amazon, it only emphasis that this is a tool to help provide “help maintain a balanced dietary routine”. In my opinion this is a supplement that the equivalent fresh ingredients, included here, are not readily available in most markets. And that can be time saving, making this product accessible to many that want to try it.

These came in a great quantity for the price. It works well. Suppresses hunger which in turn will help loose weight. Will have to see how well they work in the long run.
