This cassette tape player and radio work GREAT. It is very well made and solid. Not cheap at all. It takes 4 AA batteries not included. I got it for when the power goes out, and when my car is being serviced while I wait. I have two cassette tapes and will be buying 2 or 3 more. LOVE IT.

Does everything i needed it to do, and more. Appears to be a well built unit, I would recomend it based on product quality. You decide if it meets your needs.

I like this little cassette player with SD card/ USB recording capability. I have played and recorded several of my old tapes into micro SD card. Granted, they are not going to be of the same quality/ caliber as ones that are done on a computer but it does a decent enough job to able to listen to comfortably on the SD card once transposed. As with rhese devices one does have to hit stop every time a song ends in order to differentiate tracks. I have not tried the radio yet but I wish there was a track marker button and erase button.But its small and cute and sound quality is acceptable and not very expensive so if you have lots of cassettes and want to put a little time in to transposing them to SD card then this is a good device to do so.

I purchased this device to convert my old cassette tapes to mp3s. Unfortunately, until you buy it and read the INSTRUCTIONS INSIDE THE BOX AND NOT ON THE WEB PAGE, you don't learn that you need a very specific flash drive which costs as much as the radio, doubling the cost of this project. On top of that, the flash drive is hard to find because it's an older technology. If the radio had come with the flash drive, it would have been a better solution. Now I have a radio that is only so-so as a radio, and no way to convert my cassettes.

I bought this for my 86-year-old mother so she can listen to her old cassettes... It was a hit!

I needed this, I ordered this a couple of days before my mom passed, just because I found my mom old tape cassettes and since she passed it has helped me grief just listen to her music. this work great.

I really liked this machine. My only problem was that I am unwilling to download another site to my computer just to seperate the files since this records one side of a tape as 1 fileYou can sit and press stop in between each song to get different files if you have the time
