Works, good OE replacement.
Works, installation was easy after folding down the cloth rectangle above feet area in front of fuse box. The original resistor burnt out after 12 years of use.

Works as intended
Worked and easy to install in my 2012 Escape. Now I can adjust the fan speed (1-3) instead of only working on 4/MAX. Very helpful.

Fits and fixed blower
2012 F150 XLT the blower stopped working 1-3 and only on 4. Googled the issue and this blower resistor came up, ordered it and installed 2 days later and blower works like new. The pic is of old part that was removed. Fixed my problem would recommend for what i needed.
